Pilates Plans
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes, it’s beginner-friendly. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break, the program is designed to meet you where you’re at. With guided video workouts, clear instructions, and modifications to help you move at your own pace. You don’t need any Pilates experience, just your mat, a bit of space, and a willingness to start.
Can I do this plan at home?
Absolutely. This program is designed to work seamlessly at home with just your mat and a little space to move. If you have a reformer, you’ll also find variations to suit your setup. So whether you're on the floor or on the carriage, you’ll be fully supported.
Will this help with my neck, back, or posture-related pain?
Yes! Pilates is a powerful tool for relieving tension and improving posture, especially in the neck, back, and shoulders. Let me know about any aches or discomfort when you sign up so I can help you get the most out of your practice. Of course, always check in with your health professional first if you're recovering from an injury.
Can this help with my sport or training?
Definitely. Pilates helps you activate muscles you might not typically use in your sport, which can improve balance, control, mobility, and overall performance. It also builds deeper core strength and body awareness, which supports better movement patterns and reduces risk of injury. Whether you’re into dancing, running, weight training, golfing, surfing, cycling, or team sports, this method is designed to help you.
Is this safe for pre and post-natal?
Yes, absolutely. The program includes safe and supportive class options for both pre- and post-natal phases. Whether you're maintaining strength during pregnancy or rebuilding after birth, Pilates can help you feel more connected to your body, reduce discomfort, and support your recovery. From improving pelvic floor function and posture to breathing techniques for labour prep and upper body conditioning for feeding and holding, these classes are designed to move with you through every stage. Can I swap out exercises?
Yes! To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

How do I receive the program?
Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area. From there you will have your custom built program ready to access!
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes. This are a flexible memberships designed to support your ongoing Pilates practice. New workouts are added regularly to keep things fresh and progressive, and you’ll get continuous support to help you stay consistent and connected. There’s no lock-in, so you can cancel anytime if your needs change.
Are the programs available world wide?
Absolutely, my programs are available for purchase and access from anywhere in the world! It's essential to me that everyone, regardless of location, can benefit from this program.
Is the program the same every month?
No. Each month brings a fresh focus to keep your practice evolving. You’ll flow through fresh class styles and themes that challenge your body in new ways, with your nutrition plan adapting to support your goals. It’s all designed to build strength, improve alignment, and keep you engaged long term.

How can I adjust my dislikes list?
To adjust your dislikes list, go to your profile tab in the members area. Select ‘dietary preferences,’ then click on the ‘ingredients I dislike’ tab. From there, you can add or remove ingredients from your dislikes list.
How do I swap meals?
To swap out meals, click on the meal you want to replace. You’ll see a ‘swap’ option on the tab; select it and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.
